Well, did not make it to the gym today.....worked on paperwork from 4:45 am until I left for work, then again at lunchtime. Meeting today lasted longer than anticipated (of course), lost my keys and by the time It was all said and done, ran out of time.....
Oatmeal in the school cafeteria for breakfast! So many folks around here, kids included do not have an appreciation for the oat meal.....yummy, it is about my favorite hot cereal, along with cream of rice, cream of wheat, malt o meal, muesli, rice with milk....grits are not among my favs list!
So here goes:
Oatmeal with strawberries 4
soup 3
ww wheat crackers 2
better n peanutbuttter 2
2 rice cakes 2
rotiss chicken 4
corn 2
broccoli and cheese 2

ok, 24 might be closer to the truth....I am aiming for 22-24 a day with EXERCISE. my friend Karynne and I are planning a run on Saturday. She wants to run a 1/2 marathon together on Mar. 6th ooooohhhhhhhhh aaaaaaaahhhhh can I do it???????????
