
I' m in a food funk.......
Ever been in one of those? It is not fun. I have been blogging and "journaling" for a week now....and I don't feel like I have lost any weight. I don't think I have had an awful day. I am just feeling yucky and not motivated. I almost went on to bed without logging my food. did I make it to the gym today? Yes. 3 miles on the treadmill. I felt like I was running uphill the entire time.

(Not me on the treadmill, fyi)
Thank you donna for all your comments and encouragement. Ok, I am supremely needy right now. I admit it. But I am in need of ya'll help, please. Especially if I am going to show a weight loss Saturday. I feel like I should, but not entirely sure I will. It is only Tuesday and I am tired.

ReplyDeleteWould you believe that is the fourth time I have tried to post a message. Satan really doesn't want to let me encourage you, but I am not giving up and neither should you. So hang in there girlfriend! We have a higher power to lean on and Satan can just get our of here! It is hard to get that momentum going again. It will come...and whenever you are running or doing crunches are whatever...just remember...we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us!

ReplyDeleteI saw that you started a blog from facebook and thought I would check in with you! I'm sorry it was a tough day - but hang in there! Don't give up! Get some rest if you can and think about your success today - 3 miles on the treadmill is HUGE! Also remember that when you're combining a diet with regular gym time, you might not see a weight loss right away --- but you'll see a change in body shape. That's because you're building muscle (which is fantastic!) and toning up... the weight comes off in inches rather than pounds. I'm sending you happy workout and eating right thoughts!
