Wednesday....made it to the gym this morning and ran 4 miles. STAYED out of Mrs. A's candy supply....2 very positive things done today! And I really want chocolate. I have had a pretty good day in the food department...

Well that is the plan to finish my day....23 is not so bad what with my run....I will confess, on running days, i do not count my fruit.....(does it count if I don't count it??) I ate an apple and a mango today....not so countable.......................but feeling more accountable.....if no one else benefits, I feel like this blog page is helping me stay on track..................
